1. I know many companies provide free samples, does your company provide free samples?

Sorry, we do not offer free samples.

Based on Murat's years of experience, we believe that when people pay to get samples, they value them.
However, we can offer a 3-5% discount for trial orders.


2.What services do you offer?

  Pre-sales services:
  We provide product information, market research, forecast products, customized products, processing consultation and other services for your convenience.

  After-sales: 

1. Provide technical training according to customer requirements; 
2. Commitment to warranty replacement during the warranty period.
3. Commitment to warranty replacement; 
4. Commitment to provide maintenance spare parts; 
5. Regularly call back or visit customers; 
6. Promptly reply to customers' emails and calls.
7. Promptly respond to customer complaints or inquiries by emails and calls.

 

3. What should we do if we find your goods are not performing well?

Give us a detailed report as feedback,  our technicians will analyze the possible causes and try to solve the problem
If the problem is due to the quality of the Murat product itself, Murat will compensate you according to your actual loss.
